Kevin L. Antoine

President

Kevin L. Antoine is the President of the Benevolence Foundation (BF) and the Senior Pastor of Family Fellowship Church Ministry (FFCM).  He holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University .

In 2016, Kevin began developing the vision for the Benevolence Foundation and
subsequently began serving the homeless and volunteering at a local homeless shelter in 2017.

Kevin is a retired Air Force officer and a disabled veteran with an extensive background in Human Resources and has served three tours in Afghanistan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Kevin is a licensed and ordained Pastor.  He is the Senior Pastor of Family Fellowship Church Ministry and is a spiritual leader for a megachurch in San Antonio, Texas.

Kevin is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana and he is a fraternal member of Phi Beta Sigma, Incorporated.

Kevin currently resides in San Antonio, Texas.

Donna Swan

Secretary

Donna Swan is the Secretary of the Benevolence Foundation (BF) and Family Fellowship Church Ministry (FFCM).  She holds a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Argosy University.

Donna is a clinical associate for the Judicial Branch of Maricopa County in Arizona and is currently working towards obtaining her LPC licensure.

Donna has been employed with her current employer for 14 years interacting with various individuals dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues within the Court system.

Donna has a passion for helping and serving others and has worked in the ministry of helps for more than 15 years.

Donna currently volunteers with a children's ministry with children between the ages of 3-5 years old.

Donna is a native of Phoenix, Arizona where she currently resides with her husband, Terrence and their son, Isaiah.

Velveny T. Smith is the Treasurer of the Benevolence Foundation (BF) and Family Fellowship Church Ministry (FFCM) and she holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Arizona State University.

In 2017, Velveny came into agreement with the vision for the Benevolence Foundation and in 2018 she expanded her desire for helping by partnering with BF and serving others by offering ideas; she hosted an in-home charity event and she donates bottled water on a monthly basis to BF.

Velveny has worked in Human Services for over 10 years and she currently works for Cable One as a Residential Sales Manager. She is also the volunteer Co-Chairperson for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), Southwest Chapter.

Velveny has a passion for serving and helping others. In 2012, she lost her 21-year-old daughter, who was diagnosed with Type I Juvenile Diabetes at the early age of 8 years old. She then developed a passion for finding a cure and supporting those who suffer from this disease. Velveny participates and campaigns in the Annual Help Fight Diabetes Walk in honor of her late daughter, Krystal Shantel Briscoe to bring awareness.

Velveny is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana and she currently resides in Laveen, Arizona with her husband, Ulysses, son Justin and their three dogs: Vegas, Paris and Sydney.
